EMP Technology

This technology studies the effects of Electromagnetic Pulses and their application to weapons. Each evolution/upgrade increases the neutralizing power of EMP. This type of weapon has the ability to temporarily paralyse the target's weapon system. They are less effective against magnetic shields and have no unit destroying ability.
